The single session and the ten-session package have a fixed rate that's the same for everyone — no negotiation, no scaling by company size. Teams, workshops, governance, and custom projects, on the other hand, are billed by scope: team size, extent, and duration determine the price, which is why the amount is only fixed after a short conversation.

A single session, by contrast, moves one specific topic forward right away. On top of that, the package carries a small price advantage — how big it ends up being depends on payment terms that aren't finalized yet.
