Daniel Rohregger, speaker: talks built for good questions.

These talks come out of the same work as the coaching — none of the topics were made up for the stage. For a conference, an in-house event, or a webinar, each one can be tailored to your audience.

Microsoft 365 Copilot — The Basics

What Copilot can really do in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint — and which parts make a difference in your daily work.

Copilot Agents

From your first agent in Agent Builder to a well-planned rollout in Copilot Studio — with real configurations instead of concept slides.

Prompting

Custom instructions, memory, and the orchestrator — how to phrase requests so the answers are ready to use as they are.

Governance and Administration

Oversharing, sensitivity labels, agent identities, and blast radius — what needs to be settled before a rollout, not after.

Copilot Cowork and Autopilot

What the agentic products cost, when switching pays off, and how they differ from Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Long bio

Daniel Rohregger is a Dual Microsoft MVP for Copilot and Copilot Studio and an international keynote speaker; Sessionize lists him as a Most Active Speaker for 2024 and 2025. Since 2022 he has worked as a coach and speaker on Microsoft 365 Copilot, with more than 20 clients, from one-to-one coaching to training for entire IT departments. His observation: in most companies, Copilot isn't under-explained, it's under-used. So in coaching he doesn't sit down in front of a slide deck, but in front of the real task: a prompt, an agent, or an automation that is running the next day. He hosts the podcast "365 Checkpoint" and shares what he learns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. His talks come from the same practice as the coaching.
