How long does it take to get a reply?
Within two business days, usually sooner. Now and then — during vacation, or with several sessions back to back — it takes longer. In that case, you'll get a short heads-up instead of silence.
Will I get ads or a newsletter afterward?
No. You'll get exactly two emails: an immediate confirmation so you know your request arrived, and then the personal reply. Your details are used for that and nothing else — never for a marketing list. The privacy policy has the details.
