Copilot Coaching
After the first session, you have something you'll actually use the next day.
Copilot coaching with a result after 45 minutes. No concept paper, no slide deck — we build on your real task, live in the session.
A prompt that sorts your messages into three groups: reply today, just FYI, can wait.
What you're working with
What you walk away with after one session
We don't talk about AI — we build the thing that makes your week shorter, together with you. There are already enough talks, posts, and slide decks about Copilot. What's missing is the one hour where someone sits next to you and works on your real task with you. That's why every coaching session is built to end with something concrete: a prompt, an agent, or an automation you actually use the next day.
How it works
Four phases, one result
Every coaching session follows the same pattern — whether it's a single session or a ten-session package. The cycle runs once, or several times in a row, depending on how big the project is.
-
Checkpoint
We look at your actual task, not a demo example. I keep asking questions until the real obstacle becomes visible.
“I need two hours every Monday just to pull the status together from five project channels.”
-
Route
The checkpoint reveals several possible paths. Together, we decide which one comes first.
The status report saves the most time, needs no new infrastructure, and the data is already there.
-
Doing
We build it together, live in the session. Not a sketch — built far enough that you can actually use it.
By the end of the session, there's an agent that reads the channels and delivers a draft of the report.
-
Copilot Mindset
optional — only across several rounds
After a few rounds, you stop asking whether Copilot could handle a new task — you just start with it.
The next agent for the sales reports gets built without me.
After Doing the next checkpoint begins — several times back to back in the ten-hour package, exactly once for a single session.
What others get out of it
From real coaching sessions
I had over 100 open emails every day. With Copilot and the agent, that number is now zero.

Before you ask
No, you don't have to start with the basics
That's the most common hesitation, and it doesn't hold up. Foundation, Agents, and Workflows are entry points, not a sequence. You start wherever your current task is — if your next problem needs an agent, we'll build an agent in the first session.
