1:1 Copilot coaching: your real work, not a demo.

The same steps every week, all by hand — status reports, meeting prep, filing. We pick one task from your week and, right in the session, build what makes it shorter. For executives, project managers, decision-makers, and assistants.

Almost everyone who comes to a first session has already read about Copilot. Some have tried it and then let it sit. The question isn't what Copilot can do. It's where you should start so it actually changes your workday.

Who it's for

Who this is usually for

Executives
You're caught between meetings, approvals, and follow-up questions, and you want to know which of those no longer need you.
Project management
Status reports, stakeholder check-ins, pulling numbers together — the same steps every week, all by hand.
Decision-makers
You have to judge what Copilot would really do for your organization — and that takes hands-on experience, not a slide deck.
Assistants
You keep everyone else organized and never get to your own filing. That kind of prep work is the fastest thing to hand off.

The situation

Understanding is rarely the problem

You can hear it in what people say when they first come in: “My inbox is overflowing, and half of it doesn't even arrive by email anymore.” “After every call I write the same handover note, same structure, always by hand.” “I spend three hours prepping for a one-hour meeting.” None of these is a Copilot problem. Every one of them is a place to start.

Where you start

Usually Foundation — but you don't have to

For tasks like these, Foundation is the usual starting point: Copilot in the apps you already use, plus custom instructions and memory. If you're further along, you can go straight to agents.

What we do

Four places people usually start

A morning briefing that's just there
An agent reads new messages in Outlook and Teams, sorts them by urgency, and flags the ones that really need a reply from you today.
Meeting prep in five minutes, not thirty
Before a meeting, Copilot sums up the latest email thread, the last meeting notes, and the open project items — with sources, so you can check them yourself.
Custom instructions that fit how you work
Tone, format, recurring context: set it once instead of explaining it with every request. The smallest change, with the biggest payoff.
A status report that shows up as a draft
The agent gathers everything that's happened since the last report from Teams, SharePoint, and email, and hands you a draft. You review and fill in the gaps instead of hunting for information.

We decide together in the session which one comes first, using the Checkpoint, Route, and Doing pattern.

One session

What happens in a 45-minute 1:1 session

0–10 Walk through your task until the sticking point is clear
10–15 Decide which part to tackle first
15–40 Build the prompt or agent together
40–45 Handover: it lives in your tenant, not mine

When the session ends, the result is with you, not in my notes: the prompt in your Copilot, the agent in your tenant, the custom instructions in your profile. There's nothing I need to send you afterward.

An example

What a result looks like

Prompts are built in the session, on your own data. This one is the starting point for the daily briefing — in the session, we tailor it to your channels, your role, and the way you phrase things.

Daily briefing from your inbox and Teams

Go through my unread emails and Teams messages from the last 24 hours. Sort them into three groups: first, what needs a reply from me today; second, what I should know about but don't need to answer; third, what can wait until next week. For each item, list the sender and subject, and link to the source.

Formats

Single session or package

What sets them apart is the goal, not the price. A single session takes one topic and moves it forward. The ten-session package is for people who really want to change how they work — with onboarding and a common thread across several sessions, until you can keep building on your own.

Coaching, consulting, and workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot run online by default and, by arrangement, on site in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Intro call

No obligation

free 20 min

  • Talk through your situation and what you're planning next
  • An honest read on which format fits
  • A straight answer if none of them do

You're not sure yet whether a single session, a package, or a workshop is the right call.

You have a specific task and want it handled this week.

Ten-session package

€2,250 net 10 sessions, booked as needed

incl. free onboarding call

A free onboarding call, then at least ten sessions built around a learning plan we design together — no fixed rhythm, booked as needed.

  • A free onboarding call up front, then at least ten sessions covering assessment, planning, and hands-on work
  • Your own collection of prompts and agents by the end
  • Progress documented in writing along the way
  • Two months of Champions Club included (in German, from the club's start in January 2027)

You want to genuinely change how you work, and be able to keep building on it yourself afterward.

All formats side by side, plus the questions people usually ask: Pricing and packages.

From the field

What came of it

I had over 100 unread emails every day. With Copilot and the agent, I'm down to zero. After the first session, I already had a result I could use right away.
Oliver Zander, 1:1 coaching, permatrade Inbox automation

That's how a first session usually ends: not with a finished system, but with something that already works. The prototype was done by the end of the session and went live the following week. Using it shows what's still missing — and that's exactly when a second session makes sense. The full story is on our About us page.

Frequently asked

Questions about Copilot 1:1 coaching

How does a Copilot 1:1 coaching session work?

A session takes 45 minutes and works on a real task from your week, not a demo. You describe the task, we decide which part goes first, build the prompt or agent together, and hand it over in your own tenant.

Who is Copilot 1:1 coaching for?

For executives, project managers, decision-makers, and assistants who want to shorten one task from their week with Copilot. You don't need prior experience; where you start depends on the task in front of you.

Which tasks can we tackle in a 1:1 session?

Four places people usually start: a daily briefing from Outlook and Teams, meeting prep in five minutes instead of thirty, custom instructions that fit how you work, and a status report that arrives as a draft. We decide in the session which one comes first.

What happens after the first session?

The result stays with you: the prompt in your Copilot, the agent in your tenant, the custom instructions in your profile. If you want to change how you work more thoroughly, the ten-session package adds a free onboarding call and at least ten sessions.

Which task should we start with?

Tell us in two sentences what took too long this week. We'll get back to you within two business days with our take on which format fits, and an honest answer if none of them does.
