Fixed rate By scope Transparent

Copilot coaching pricing: sessions and packages at a fixed rate, the rest by scope.

A single session costs €225 net per 45 min, the ten-session package €2,250 net per 10 sessions, booked as needed: fixed rates, the same for everyone. For teams, workshops, and projects, the amount depends on scope and is set before anything starts.

The model

Two pricing models, one rule

The single session and the ten-session package have a fixed rate that's the same for everyone — no haggling, no tiers by company size. Teams, workshops, governance, and custom projects are billed by scope instead: team size, extent, and duration determine the price, so the amount is set after a short conversation.

What does Copilot coaching cost? Pricing for every format

Fixed rate

Intro call

No obligation

free 20 min

Twenty minutes to figure out which format fits your task — and whether any of them do at all.

  • Talk through your situation and what you're planning next
  • An honest read on which format fits
  • A straight answer if none of them do

You're not sure yet whether a single session, a package, or a workshop is the right call.

Single session

€225 net 45 min

One coaching session on your actual task. By the end, something works.

  • A clear-eyed look at your actual task
  • A prompt or agent we build together
  • A result you can put to use the next day

You have a specific task and want it handled this week.

Ten-session package

€2,250 net 10 sessions, booked as needed

incl. free onboarding call

A free onboarding call, then at least ten sessions built around a learning plan we design together — no fixed rhythm, booked as needed.

  • A free onboarding call up front, then at least ten sessions covering assessment, planning, and hands-on work
  • Your own collection of prompts and agents by the end
  • Progress documented in writing along the way
  • Two months of Champions Club included (in German, from the club's start in January 2027)

You want to genuinely change how you work, and be able to keep building on it yourself afterward.

By scope

Team workshop

By scope

on request 1 day, 5–15 people

Scope and team size determine the price

A full day with the whole team. You leave with an agent everyone actually uses, and one person who can keep helping internally.

  • A shared checkpoint with everyone in the room
  • One agent for a recurring team task, built together
  • Prompting standards the whole team agrees on
  • One person trained as the internal go-to contact

You want to kick things off together in a single day instead of spreading it across weeks.

Team package

By scope

on request 6–10 hours over 4–6 weeks

Scope and team size determine the price

Several short sessions spread across a few weeks, so the team can keep working on its own in between.

  • A shared checkpoint, then implementation in short sessions
  • One or two team agents instead of scattered individual fixes
  • Ongoing support for your internal go-to contact throughout
  • Prompts and agent descriptions documented in writing

You want room to experiment and adjust between sessions.

Governance workshop

By scope

on request 1 day, IT team

Tenant size and governance maturity determine the price

A day with your IT team on your own tenant: oversharing, labels, agent boundaries, and the right order for rollout.

  • An assessment of your real tenant, not a sample one
  • The ten-step readiness plan applied to your own structure
  • A prioritized list of what to resolve before rollout
  • A rollout sequence with named owners

Several people in IT need the same basis for their decisions.

Custom project

By scope

on request varies by project

Scope, duration, and number of people involved determine the price

For when scope, duration, or the number of people involved rule out a standard format — assembled from the other formats.

  • Scope and boundaries clarified together before any proposal
  • A mix of workshop, coaching, and ongoing support
  • One fixed point of contact for the whole duration
  • A documented handover to your team

Multiple departments, a rollout, or a fixed timeline depend on it.

By scope

How we price a team or project

For teams, workshops, governance, and custom projects, we work from the same five factors — and you'll know every one of them long before the invoice arrives.

Number of people involved
One person, a team, or several departments — that changes both the preparation and how things run.
Number of sessions
One full day takes different effort than several short sessions spread over weeks.
Preparation and follow-up
Understanding where you're starting from, then documenting and handing everything over afterward — that counts too, not just the time in the session.
Facilitation for groups
A workshop with fifteen people needs more facilitation than a conversation with one.
Tenant size for governance
A rollout in a small tenant takes different effort than one with thousands of users.

We go through these factors in the intro call or in our reply to your inquiry. After that, the amount is fixed — before anything starts, not after.

Frequently asked

Pricing questions we hear a lot

What does a Copilot coaching session cost?

A single session costs €225 net per 45 min, and the ten-session package costs €2,250 net per 10 sessions, booked as needed. Both are fixed rates that are the same for everyone, with no haggling and no tiers by company size.

What's included in the ten-session package?

A free onboarding call up front, then at least ten sessions — no fixed schedule, you book them as you need them: assessment, learning plan, and hands-on work, with progress documented in writing along the way. By the end, you have your own library of prompts and agents that you maintain yourself.

Is the ten-session package worth it compared to ten single sessions?

The main difference is the goal: the package follows one learning plan across at least ten sessions, plus a free onboarding call up front. A single session moves one specific topic forward right away. The package also comes with a small price advantage — how big depends on payment terms that haven't been finalized yet.

Why isn't there a fixed price for teams, workshops, and projects?

Because the price depends on team size, scope, number of sessions, and the work that goes into preparation and follow-up — not on a standard package. The amount is still fixed before anything starts, just after a short conversation about what you have in mind.

Are the prices net or gross?

Net. VAT is added to the single session and the ten-session package; the exact rate is shown on the invoice.

Does the coaching happen online or in person?

Online is the default, from the intro call to the team workshop. In person works too — travel costs are added in that case, and we agree on them in advance.

What does the intro call cost?

Nothing. The twenty minutes are free, with no obligation — afterward, you decide whether to book a format, and which one.

What happens if none of the formats fits what I have in mind?

You get a straight answer, not a sales pitch. If no format fits, we'll tell you — in the intro call or in our reply to your inquiry.

Which format fits what you have in mind?

Tell us in two sentences what you have in mind. We'll tell you which format fits and what it costs — and if none of them does, we'll say so.
