Multiple departments Rollout with a date Role-specific training

Not a standard format anymore, but one that fits.

For initiatives whose scope, duration, or number of people involved outgrow every standard format — assembled from workshop, coaching, and ongoing support, tailored to your rollout.

Who it's for

How to tell you're in the right place

Four people stand side by side in a modern event space with large windows
Four people involved in the Copilot rollout at GBG Gruppe Mannheim.
Multiple departments at once
Not one team, but several with different jobs to do — a single format doesn't cover that anymore.
A rollout with a fixed date
There's a date something has to be live by, with several waves of people in between.
Role-specific training
Sales, engineering, HR — every role uses Copilot differently, and one generic training doesn't really land for any of them.
Longer-term support
Not a single coaching session or a package, but one fixed point of contact over several weeks while the rollout runs.
A mix of formats
Workshop, 1:1 coaching, and support belong together in one project instead of separate bookings.

If just one of these applies, that's enough for a conversation — all five don't have to match at once.

One example: guiding the preparation and rollout of Microsoft Copilot at GBG Gruppe Mannheim.

The process

Four phases, each with a fixed outcome

Custom projects follow the same checkpoint pattern as any coaching engagement, just over a longer period and with more people involved. For the full pattern: Overview and process.

  1. Clarify

A kickoff with your team on scope and boundaries — what's included, what isn't. That's what the timeline and the price are built on.

The kickoff settles it: three departments, one date for wave 1, an open question on governance.

  2. Plan

A project plan with roles, responsibilities, and milestones. The price is fixed by the end of this phase, not sometime after.

Milestone 1 is the governance workshop with IT, milestone 2 is the first pilot group.

  3. Deliver

Workshops, coaching, and support run along the plan. Regular status calls keep track of what's coming up.

The pilot group works with support for four weeks, while the material for wave 2 takes shape in parallel.

  4. Handover

A closing training for your team, documentation from the whole project, and a checklist for running it on your own from here.

Your champion team takes over support for waves 2 and 3, using the documentation handed over to them.

Pricing

What determines the price

There's no standard price, because no two projects are alike. What determines it: the scope of the task, the number of people involved, and the length of support. A six-week rollout across three departments costs something different than role-specific training for a single department.
